Struggle Berry Crunch
Do you find "adulting" to be a struggle? Of course you do! We all do. Hey! My name is Teriyana and I am the host of Struggle Berry Crunch! Struggle Berry Crunch is a unique podcast for young adults looking for conversations about everyday adult struggles (relationships, career, purpose, family baggage, and more). If you are looking for a safe place to heal, learn, and grow, you are in the right place! If you like to laugh, joke, and feel like you are listening to a good friend, you are still in the right place! The struggle is real, but it can also be sweet. By tuning in every week, you get a chance to explore the flavor of your struggle by hearing about mine and others. Whether your relationship status is salty or your self care is sour, I will share personal stories, resources, affirmations, and invite guests to inspire you through these struggles. After each episode, this podcast will give you the confidence you need to embrace problems, find solutions, and take action...for real this time! Now pick an episode, start listening, and go explore the flavor of your struggle! About: Teriyana Morton is a life coach, actress, educator, entrepreneur, and anything else she feels like being that day. She is a college graduate from Nebraska , moved to California, and back to Nebraska (again). Through her journey, she has struggled with "finding herself". Her quarter life crisis started at age 22 and now she is finally starting to come out of it. Her life has taken a surprising turn and she is excited to share it with the other adults out there. Now 27, get ready! Because here she comes!
